Henri Snel was participating in the Seminar of the Cruyff Foundation on Friday 21st of March at the Amsterdam ArenA. Under the theme of development, a number of fascinating case studies presented about disabilities in sports. It was an inspiring day with inter alia, Prof. Dr. Scherder who spoke about the importance of exercise for the brain. In the sharing session on modified sports Andre Cats (Chef de Mission Paralympic Games) highlighted good examples of athletes with disabilities in relation towards the Paralympic Games of Sochi.
