Together we are strong! A national conference on dementia and their carer (s)

Anno 2013, you would expect that the Netherlands is dementia friendly, but unfortunately not. In order to get it done we have to force the society, we will have to beat them. This is also highlighted in the Delta Plan Dementia. Under the motto Together Strong! Henri Snel was participating in this national conference organized in Singelkerk in Amsterdam on April 18th, which calls for attention to improve the care, treatment and dealing with people with dementia and their carers, with more emphasis on social participation and maintaining its own direction.
